COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the System 3/siemens SR30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thermo-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tritronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BI20CK4080VP4X2H1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6024280P24V manufactured by Thermo-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Thermo-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPBICF418932 by Manufacturer Tritronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI10TQ34LUH1141S317 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thalheim such as 830VDCD37269 equipment made by Thalheim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thalheim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thalheim" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TSB5KSESS made by Totalcomp as well as the popular SMRR7600TPJ original spares produced by Telco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 232377 by Tapeswitch and 830VDCD37269 spares by Thalheim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS5207N563 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa. |
